Vivek is the founding Managing Partner of Talent Sharks.

Before this, he spent 15 years working for large global brands in the search business – StantonChase 1.0 (Top 10 US based executive search firms) and RGF Executive Search (Large Japanese conglomerate) and delivered a variety of CXO hires for client communities. At the two firms, besides coverage of all asset heavy verticals – Real Estate, Logistics & Transportation , Vivek was also part of the PE practice executing leadership searches for portfolio companies.

He was responsible for client acquisition, building key practice-groups and creating higher visibility for the firm’s offerings in the client and talent communities. He’s also successfully helped hire executives across other industry verticals – Enterprise IT, Consumer, accounting/audit firms, management consulting firms and delivered functional leadership roles in HR, Finance, Legal and Strategy. Clients and candidates appreciate his ingenuity, deep understanding of the client businesses and ability to strike a balance between needs of high-qualityleadership talent and the company’s expectations. He is known for his proactive approach to deliver a high engagement experience and his relentless pursuit to lead and complete critical search projects to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Vivek has a Post Graduate Management degree in Human Resources from IIMM, Pune. He’s also done in Masters in Labour Laws, Pune University. His interests are in fitness and music.
