Before venturing out to work in executive search business, Gaurav was busy managing the operations of his father’s business in the drilling and mining sector. He spent 3 years with that before moving on.

He has a strong foundation in both technical and business aspects, that enables him to be effective in talent acquisition, focusing on driving organizational advancement through strategic recruitment and talent management initiatives.

Gaurav is an engineer and has done a master’s in business from the prestigious IMT (Nagpur campus).
