Harshit is a freshly minted MBA from Indian Institute Of Management, Kashipur and B-Tech from National Institute Of Technology, Nagpur.

He has pre MBA experience of 5 years in which he spent a year working for Virtusa Services, right after his BTech and spent rest of the time assisting startups and preparing for civil services exams.

Post his MBA, he got hired as Management Trainee with Tata Realty and worked in the Talent Acquisition function, thereafter he is looking to build a career in executive search and leadership consulting.

Besides work, his deep interests are in reading journals across areas, content creation and data sciences.
