Rachana is a Consultant at Talent Sharks, a boutique executive search firm focused on CXO hiring across verticals. She has spent 16 years working for large global brands in the search business – Heidrick & Struggles (a top tier global executive search firm), Sapphire Human Solutions (A boutique talent services firm) and New Avenues.

Rachana was a key member of Heidrick’s Global Technology APAC practice, as part of the Global Technology Services focus on senior level searches for clients in the management consulting, technology services, software, outsourcing, semiconductors, telecom and venture capital arenas.

Additionally, conducted search assignments for executives in a broad range of corporate functions, including CEO, COO, & senior roles across, strategy, client relationship development, Finance & Human Resources.

Rachana has a Bachelor in Art’s degree from Jesus and Mary College, Delhi. Her interests are in music and cooking.
