Sreeja has spent over 18 years in senior HR leadership roles across high-growth and transformation-driven organisations – Phoenix Mills & Metropolis Healthcare. At both companies, she worked closely with promoters and CXO teams to shape talent strategies that enabled scale, cultural alignment, and leadership continuity.

Having led complex talent attraction and retention mandates from within these organisations, she brings a practitioner’s depth and empathy to every search. Business leaders and hiring managers have consistently trusted her to spot potential, engage with nuance, and align hiring with both culture and capability needs.

She has worked across asset-heavy sectors like real estate and healthcare, as well as consumer-facing and retail environments—building leadership teams that drive both stability and growth.

Sreeja holds a Masters degree in Human Resources from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), Mumbai, and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Narsee Monjee College, Mumbai.
